Responsibilities:

· Candidate Champion: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.

· Scheduling Guru: Schedule interviews, negotiate times, and manage logistics for a smooth interview flow.

· Relationship Builder: Build strong connections with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

· Communication Master: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and manage confidential information.

· Tech-Savvy: Utilize Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and other recruiting tools efficiently.

· Problem-Solving Pro: Adapt to change, analyze situations, and find solutions to ensure a flawless experience.

Qualifications:

· 1 year of Customer Service experience (minimum).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

· Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) a plus.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Richmond, VA.

Pay Details: $22.86 per hour
