We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in Richmond, Virginia for a Receptionist, this position is only for weekend coverage. This role is key to our operations, as you will be the first point of contact in our office, handling a multi-line phone system, assisting with customer service, and managing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact, managing a multi-line phone system

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Correspond via email, providing prompt and detail-oriented responses

• Schedule appointments, coordinating between various parties

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete required tasks

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals

• Organize files, maintaining an efficient and up-to-date filing system.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
