The Role in Brief:
Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator
The Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for internal and external candidates and stakeholders, communicating with them throughout the full life cycle of the recruiting process. We are seeking candidates with an interest in recruiting and human resources to join this fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment.
This role is listed as Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator for posting purposes; the official and internal title of this hire is expected to be Recruiting Associate to align with EAB business norms.
This role is located in Richmond, VA.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process; respond to candidate questions, provide updates on next steps in the process and represent the firm as appropriate
Schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments (phone, onsite, Zoom based) for candidates; solicit feedback from interviewers following interviews
Manage correspondence and communication with both interviewees and interviewers
Maintain and audit the integrity of recruiting databases; maintain recruiting trackers and reports, identify trends
Process and monitor candidate reimbursements
Monitor and respond to team inboxes, supporting positive and equitable candidate experience
Work closely with and assist the recruiting team with overall recruiting goals and process optimization
Attend weekly team meetings in person or via Zoom
Contribute to special projects such as recruiting and Talent/HR initiatives, events, and campaigns
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Microsoft Office experience
Attention to detail
Proven to be organized and task-oriented
Interest in HR and Recruiting subject matter
Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and diplomacy
Experience in personalized customer service
Experience being successful in a team environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities
Ideal Qualifications:
Leadership or internship experience
Ability to take initiative and proactively provide suggestions, offer solutions
Proven ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone with internal and external customers
Ability to manage self to goals and deadlines
Experience handling confidential information
Experience in a recruiting environment
Experience working in a CRM or ATS

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $40,000 - $42,500 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
