Adecco Medical is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Enrollment and Pre-Release Administrator to play a crucial role in our team-centered environment. Join our team at our new facility in Richmond, VA, dedicated to providing comprehensive services to underserved populations and justice-involved adults.
Job Summary:
As the Enrollment and Pre-Release Administrator, you will be responsible for managing detailed schedules, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations within our facility. Your ability to work effectively with justice-involved adults and underserved populations, including individuals with potential behavioral health needs, will contribute to the success of our mission.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate enrollment processes for incoming residents, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols
Manage detailed schedules for resident activities, appointments, and release plans
Collaborate with case managers, social workers, and external agencies to facilitate pre-release planning and support services
Provide administrative support to the facility leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
Work closely with residents to address their needs and assist in their transition back into the community
Utilize conflict resolution skills to manage volatile personalities and behavioral health challenges effectively
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies related to enrollment and pre-release procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent work experience
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Experience working with justice-involved adults, underserved populations, or in a behavioral health setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-centered environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs
