Top Skills' Details• Three to seven years' experience as a business systems analyst or technical analyst.

Looking for a BSA/DA combination level of experience (mid-level or higher) managing new system implementations, Documenting requirements, developing process flows, supporting UAT/QA, and providing data analysis.

Description:

Technical skills would be understanding how SaaS systems work. They do not expect this person to do any dev or config work, so experience with tools such as Visio and MS apps (PM tools would be sufficient). If they have a good understanding how integrations work, that would be a plus. If they have HR experience (preferably workday), that would be a plus. Someone with good communication and negotiation skills that is not afraid to ask the hard questions and dig into the details. Someone that can really manage through deliverables, hold the project team accountable to make those deliverables and effectively identify and manage risks.
