Description

We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join our client's team in Richmond, Virginia. The Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury cases, interacting with clients, and representing them in court. This role will also involve contributing to the growth and development of the firm's personal injury practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex personal injury cases and represent clients in court

• Conduct detailed legal research to build strong cases

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for managing cases

• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's personal injury practice

• Attend trials and gain hands-on trial experience

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and litigation

• Ensure all client records and information are accurately maintained

• Communicate effectively with clients, answering their inquiries and keeping them informed about their cases

• Utilize Juris Doctor and Bar Admission skills to manage legal procedures

• Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment within the firm.

$80-150K depending on experience

Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Virginia Bar License

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney

• Proven experience in Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs

• Proficiency in Civil Litigation and general Litigation

• Previous experience attending and conducting trials

• Must have a strong understanding and application of Personal Injury Law

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of professional ethics and integrity

• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
