We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Associate/Mid/Senior Level: Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics, analyze, and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs, systems, and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses and prepare reports of an economic, business, and engineering nature.
Develop and maintain PowerBi Dashboards. This role will be responsible for supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning for large Capital Electric Distribution budgets and supporting the analysis and reporting associated with our preventative maintenance Capital and O&M programs.
Senior Level: Work independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics; analyze and recommend data collection process improvements; and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature. Provide assistance and leadership to co-workers.
**The position will be filled commensurate with the successful candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education at either Associate, Mid, or Senior level, in accordance with business needs and priorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Associate Level = 0-2 years or relevant experience in a directly related field. Planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously, Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Analytical skills. Good computer skills. Good oral and written communication skills.
Mid-Level = 2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field. Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Senior Level = 5-6+ years of relevant directly related work experience. Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Effective analytical skills. Excellent computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor preferred in Accounting (102) or Economics (206)
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
