Adecco is assisting Ft Boonesborough State Park in Richmond, KY to fill several Maintenance positions. This is an immediate fill, seasonal opportunity. Pay rate is $10/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the overall daily maintenance and repairs of the resort.

1. Inform management of any critical maintenance repairs that need to be attended to.

2. Review work priorities daily and ensure they are serviced each day.

3. Inspect the building and grounds and perform routine maintenance.

4. Ensure the facility is in safe condition for guests and employees.

5. Inspect vacated areas for signs of tampering or disrepair and carry out necessary repairs immediately.

6. Oversee the operation of equipment used in performing maintenance repairs.

7. Maintain a periodic log of general and preventative maintenance duties performed.

8. Set up and disassemble areas for special events.

9. Tend to flowers, trees, landscaping, trash pickup, mowing, leaf blowing, weed eating and pest removal.

Qualifications:

Education, training and/or experience which would clearly demonstrate the essential functions, knowledge and skills listed.

Ability up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift.

Employees must always be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees. Assist in the security of the resort for the safety of the guests and employees. Comply with fire, health and safety regulations.

Pay Details: $10.00 to $12.00 per hour
