Job Description:

Are you passionate about product management and eager to gain hands-on experience with a leading global SaaS company? Sage Software is seeking a Product Management MBA Intern to join our Payments team for the summer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and success of our innovative products.

This hybrid role is located in Downtown Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to align information which contributes to product strategy and roadmap planning.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform prioritization, and shape product direction.

• Participate in customer interviews to gather insights and understand needs, pain points, and feedback for current and future products.

• Monitor product performance and analyze data to make informed recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in defining and documenting, use cases, and user stories for new product requirements features and enhancements.

• Work on additional projects which will help understand ways to drive feature adoption
