We are seeking a Senior Work Controls Specialist Energy, to join the team in our Richland, WA office.

How will you contribute to the team?
Develops and implements Work Control processes and procedures.
Oversees Work Control personnel and activities.
Develops, implements, and manages Plan of the Day (POD), Plan of the Week (POW) and Category I and Category II work packages.
Supervise and plan the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and within the facility.
Serves as Point of Contact (POC) for operations management for all work undertaken within the AEL in support of LAWMAST.
Provides direction to the maintenance staff and operations management on Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
Provides department leadership and direction to project support operations.
Confer with management, production staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Interfaces with staff, the operations team and supporting sub-contractors to ensure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that safety is an integral element embodied in all work activities.
Works in multi-discipline teams on project-based work and ensures integration of design across multiple disciplines.
Understands, complies and is responsible for working to environmental health and safety policies and procedures and attends meetings as required.
Provides assistance and advice during facility /project commissioning phase.
Provides daily feedback to Client Representatives on status of work plans and work accomplished.
Conducts Post job briefings and Lessons Learned from daily work activities.
Coordinates with EHS to ensure all work is performed in a safe and complaint manner.
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, enforcing rules, and assisting in decisions about the purchase of materials or services, participates in meetings concerning work control activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree required.
Four (4) years experience in a supervisory position preferred.
