POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Longenecker & Associates employee, the Senior Requirements Management Project lead will engage in mission critical work, join a team that constantly exceeds client expectations, and become a member of highly skilled L&A professionals. The Project Lead is responsible for the success of the project through the delivery of a fully functional product to the Requirements Management Lead. The Project Lead role will interface with various requirement area managers and will perform the following duties: Responsible for organizing and leading the team that is charged with delivering the project goals by accomplishing all the project tasks, Guides project teams to successful completion of the project tasks of each phase, thereby meeting the goals of the organization, Must effectively balance and influence the competing project constraints of scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks, Initial implementation of the RMS, Coordination of schedule, budget, and resources, Coordination of requirement allocation between RAM/SMEs, Interdepartmental and outside communication as needed to support system (procedures, contracts, HMIS), RAM/SME/User system support, Participate in Site-Wide Requirements Management Forum, Interface with Requirements Management Program Lead regularly to communicate progress and challenges. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree – education equivalent of 2 years of experience for one year of education, Minimum of five (5) years’ of experience in interpreting and implementing requirements from regulated environments (e.g., commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD), Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in project management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work in a diverse work environment, Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening, Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next® or similar software application, Previous experience on DOE sites and programs. LOCATION Hybrid – 50% onsite at Hanford in Washington and 50% remote work.
