- Job #8042 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager position will provide technical and support services to Enterprise Risk Projects, ensuring project deliverables are executed with quality, safety, on schedule, and within budget. This role involves overseeing and validating project execution strategies, challenging quality standards, and reducing project costs and risks. This manager will work closely with Project Managers, leveraging expertise to optimize project schedules and minimize critical path impacts. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $84.67 - $112.06 Benefits:

- Review key project documentation to identify strategies for improving schedule performance, quality, and resource efficiency.
- Identify and correct errors or misconceptions in key project documents, including Project Schedules, Implementation Means & Methods, Risk Registers, Work Orders, Quality Control Inspections, Test Plans, Materials, and Resources.
- Validate the quality of Work Order Tasks (WOTs) prior to field activities, ensuring compliance with Columbia work management processes.
- Remediate WOTs that lack quality, contain incorrect references, or have poorly written instructions.
- Review and improve testing and acceptance plans, including factory, shop, site, and post-modification tests.
- Identify and provide guidance on mock-up activities or processes to improve effectiveness.
- Communicate personal operating experience and identify industry-related experiences that may inform project strategies.
- As needed, serve as the ASME PIC for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope.
- Maintain a broad knowledge base of associated codes, standards, technical skillsets, and industry trends related to the supported Enterprise Risk Projects.
- Provide timely, candid feedback to Project Managers, Oversight Managers, and Department Management on project strategies and implementation plans.
- Oversee shop or field activities to ensure they align with the approved project strategy and provide coaching to prevent plan deviations.
- Serve as the designated person in charge of project activities on shifts opposite of the Project Manager, overseeing large crews as necessary.
- Coordinate resources and collaborate with vendors to remove roadblocks.
- Attend key strategy meetings with the Project Manager, including Design Review Boards, Steering Committees, and Risk Management Meetings. Requirements:
- Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
- OR Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or business AND 12 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND 14 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
