Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Supervisor MAINTENANCE (FACTORY) Richland, WA * ID: 2514-378 * Full-Time/Regular What You've Accomplished You have completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related technical role for at least 5 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology. Experience in nuclear or chemical facility as a Projects or Maintenance Engineer or in Planning and/or Scheduling Knowledge of SAP or similar work planning software. Experience planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance outages in an industrial facility. As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Supervisor in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include: Plans, organizes, prioritizes, monitors and controls the work activities of a group of Planners and Schedulers in accordance with established schedules, company policies, procedures and objectives Trains, coaches, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Typically approves employees' time cards and participates in the employee selection process Supervises group's performance to complete work within budget and schedule Ensures Project and Maintenance adherence to safety, quality and regulatory requirements Holds regular meetings to review safety, quality and group performance Facilitates implementation or work flow methods and team improvements Provides or attains expertise to crafts to resolve technical problems Works with Plant Engineering to improve equipment reliability Past experience with the content and application of Collective Bargaining Agreement contracts Approves time cards, manages time off and staffing of shift coverage Technical Support and Maintenance is made up of multiple crafts and provides site wide production and facility services for repairs, equipment relocation, new installations and various planned and non-planned maintenance related activities. Scheduled work includes preventative maintenance (PM's) and planned jobs. Project work would consist of fabrication, production related equipment installation, demolition, and custom making as required.
