Description Laboratory Assistant, Kadlec Regional Medical Ctr-Richland, WA Kadlec is offering up to $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible positions and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Phlebotomy performs and reports waived and moderately complex laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology and microbiology; Processes specimens for clinical analysis, phlebotomy; Assists the technologists; Reacts to change productivity; and handles other tasks as assigned. Shift Details: Full time, 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, Day shift Part time, 0.875 FTE, 35 hours per week, Night shift Required qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution. Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification Preferred qualifications: Completion of a structured or accredited Clinical Assistant training program. 2 years of Phlebotomist experience. 1 year of waived testing experience.
