Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Richland, Mississippi

Description

Their primary responsibility will be maintenance, PLC and electrical troubleshooting to support a variety of machinery/conveyors in the plant, and any/all electrical troubleshooting (ie, lighting, etc) for the facility. International Paper works with a variety of PLCs to include Allen Bradley and Seimens. They need to be open on shift. We are currently running a night shift Nights 6pm - 6am (3 on 2 off 2on 3 off)

International Paper has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Mechanic with strong Instrumentation and Electrical skills with experience in PLC & Relay Logic troubleshooting and basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prefers Industrial Electrician experience w/ PLC but will also consider Maintenance Techs with electrical troubleshooting experience (looking for up to 240/480V) Electrical troubleshooting experience required (PLC experience is nice to have but not required) Target is 5+ years experience (will consider less experience on a case by case basis) Strongly prefer an understanding of mechanical troubleshooting/maintenance/repair experience as well (experience with conveyors, hydraulics, 3 phase motors, pumps, gearboxes), but will take an electrician with minimal mechanical experience Experience with box switches, control panels, ability to wire 3 phase motors

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00
