Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist for a local client in Mequon, WI. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring of receivables, and collection of outstanding balances. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization and to work closely with other departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. Responsibilities

• Perform collections

• Follow up on Past Due invoices

• Research and resolve invoice issues and chargebacks/short pays

• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reconciliations by issuing credit

• and debit memos

• Maintain and publish weekly Aging Report of receivables

• Ad hoc projects
