Practice Information
Employment is with the Intermountain Medical Group
Full time position to work in the Sevier Valley Emergency Room
One BC/BE Family Medicine with ED Fellowship or Emergency Medicine physician to cover a minimum of twelve 12-hour shifts in the emergency room each month with rotating nights, weekends, and holidays
One physician working each shift
Sevier Valley Hospital is a 42-bed critical access hospital; ER sees approximately 10,000 visits each year
Requirements
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with ED fellowship
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency
