Job Title: Assistant Site Manager - Richfield location!

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and train both new and existing employees in accordance with company standards
  • Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staffing requirements
  • Support the Site Manager in daily operations and decision-making
  • Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, discipline, dismissal, and performance management processes
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly and effectively
  • Cultivate community relationships through active participation in events, including parades and fundraisers
  • Identify and resolve wash issues to ensure optimal operational performance
  • Conduct basic equipment maintenance and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and rewarding workplace culture
  • Perform administrative duties including paperwork, inventory management, and documentation
  • Emphasize and practice safety and security measures, conducting periodic reviews
  • Maintain excellent site appearance through regular checks and adherence to cleaning protocols

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

     

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  •  May be required to climb ladders as part of cleaning duties
  • Ability to work outside in varying temperatures
