Exit11 Truck Tire Services **company is recruiting for a Part-time Receptionist:
*Receptionist: Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, and other interested parties.* Pay:$14.00-$16.00 per hour **Shift: Monday -Friday 8am - 4pm
*Essential Duties: *Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments. Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. File and maintain records. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail and currier deliveries. Provide cashier functions (i.e. receive payments, provide change and produce receipt). Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
*Qualifications (Education and/or experiences): * High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years experience. Ability to lift 25lbs.
