Genesis10 is seeking a IT Product Manager III for a contract with our client in Richfield, MN. 90% Remote. Job Description: The Product Manager III is part of the Subscriptions team within the Digital, Analytics and Technology (DAT) org at the client.. We are in the process of modernizing our systems while still maintaining business continuity from a data and reporting perspective. We are looking for a Product Manager to join us that has a strong understanding of data and data analytics tools. This product manager will need to work with cross functional stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate that into product requirements, work with engineers to enable data solutions along with partnering with data analytics and reporting teams. A high attention to detail is needed as well as a propensity for accuracy and roadmap execution. Key Responsibilities: Working directly with business partners (internal and external) to fully understand their business problems and use that understanding to drive the Subscriptions platform data priorities and delivery. Be able to clearly articulate business problems, goals and outcomes in a language internal/external teams can understand Create and deliver on a roadmap that will show how business continuity will be maintained while propelling the business into a better way of obtaining data. Partner with individuals and influence without authority to get objectives met. Drive a culture of innovation and Build, Measure, Learn cycle in the team. Meeting with key stakeholders, listening to and understanding customer feedback, and responding to product suggestions. Define and track key performance indicators to measure success of data and reporting features Define product requirements, and manage a healthy prioritized backlog for the engineering team by partnering with them in sprint ceremonies Required Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field High level of comfort with technology and its development SQL or experience with Data Visualization tools including familiarity with ETL processes A minimum of 5 years experience in product management or a related field Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Ruthlessly prioritize and focus on product features that can drive maximum impact with minimal resources Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $ We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
