Right now, we are searching for a HR Administrator who can support Fraser's Human Resources team, HR Managers, Shared Services and Payroll department by collecting, reviewing, filing and maintaining accurate payroll and licensing documents for all active and non-active employees. Primary Responsibilities: Audit HR related forms to ensure they are correct and no errors have been made. Responsible for transactional data entry, auditing, document processing of employment related information is documented based on employment actions, new hire orientation, status changes, termination, and training. Assure accurate filing, scanning and saving documents into employee personnel files, in UltiPro, I-9 files, forms and information as it relates to the employee files and other files as requested. Assure accurate data is entered and tracked into workbooks, spreadsheets and databases outlined within human resource guidelines to assure accurate employee personnel file in UltiPro, E'lan or external databases. Run reports from the payroll system UltiPro or other databases, as requested by Human Resources or Accounting departments (such as: background studies or insurance information). Responsible to respond to respond to a higher volume and work at a faster pace for requests to process workflow from managers, HR team, employees, applicants or former employees Other duties as assigned. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills required. One to two years administration experience required.
