Description We are on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Richardson, Texas. The role will focus on the administration and support of our enterprise systems and infrastructure. This includes daily issue resolution, regular maintenance work, and project work. The role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.

• Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.

• Administer diverse systems environments, ensuring their health and remediate any issues or problems that affect our users' working experience.

• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment on problem resolution.

• Quickly learn new software products, work with end-users to resolve issues, and assist them in using all software.

• Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established policies and configuration guidelines.

• Install and configure software and hardware, as well as set up accounts and workstations.

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

• Take ownership of the systems and stay knowledgeable of up-and-coming technologies through continued research.

• Run reports and analyze common complaints and problems. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required.

• Must have experience in OneDrive management and operations.

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Administration is necessary.

• Understanding and experience with SMTP-Based systems is essential.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different departments and levels of staff.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Demonstrable experience in system updates, maintenance, and performance tuning.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

• Relevant detail oriented certifications would be considered an asset.

• Experience in designing and implementing system security protocols is desirable.

• Familiarity with network administration would be advantageous.

• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Willingness to keep up with the latest technological developments and updates.
