We are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager; it is a career rewarding opportunity to join Qorvos High Performance Analog (HPA Business with annual revenue of approximately $700 million. The incumbent will be a key member of the Defense and Aerospace Services Team supporting custom advanced package product development for multiple customers in the Commercial and Defense and Aerospace market segments. The incumbent will utilize technical, business, marketing, and collaborative skills as they interface with both internal and external customers on exciting new products. This position will be based in Richardson, TX.
Senior Product Manager - Defense and Aerospace Services
Responsibilities:
Interface with internal and external customers regarding Advanced Package development and production for fabrication at Qorvo.
Lead/Manage/Support business proposals and pricing for Customer requests
Develop, Analyze, and Maintain Advanced Package pricing consistent with commercial business

``` - Support Monthly/Quarterly/Annual business reviews with respect to Advanced Packaging
Ensure timely Customer support addressing inquiries on: Advanced Packages Design Kits, layout rules, design input procedures and DC/RF Testing
Lead/Participate on projects supporting Advanced Package initiatives towards improving cycle-time, productivity, business growth, and overall improved interface for both our internal and external packaging customers.
Requirements:
Program or project management experience; US Government program experience a plus
Broad knowledge of the Microelectronics business in areas such as: devices, packaging, die preparation services, design tools, DC/RF Test
Good communication skills; ability to quickly respond to questions/inquiries from multiple customers.
Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
Required Education and Experience:
BS Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering area
10+ years work experience
Project/Program/Product Technical Development Management
