Raytheon Technologies Senior Process Analyst in Richardson, Texas

The Process Analyst responsible for developing and improving defined processes for the Hardware Engineering organization enabling cost effective and compliant solutions for our customers. The hardware domain includes: IT based systems (compute, networking, and storage), cyber security designs and implementation, construction engineering, and traditional electrical and mechanical design.

This position will be heavy in data analytics and will be responsible for finding trends in data as well as creating data visualizations. This position also requires the correct interpretation of trends as well as the identification of bad data.

This position reports directly to the RIS Hardware PEL.

Detailed responsibilities include:

• Supports Hardware Engineering improvement initiatives. In particular, initiatives regarding Infrastructure and Cyber Development, Mechanical/Electrical/Construction design, improved engineering bids, and optimal utilization of Hardware development tools.

• Utilize techniques to continually assess the RIS Hardware organization so that RIS maintains its certifications.

•This position will be heavy in data analytics and will be responsible for finding trends in data as well as creating data visualizations. This position also requires the correct interpretation of trends as well as the identification of bad data.

Required Skills:

  • High business acumen.

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Office Products Expert, specifically Excel

  • Understanding of different data processing languages such as SQL

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and applications

  • Demonstrated ability to work multiple tasks and priorities, and to complete simultaneous assignments with high quality and timely products.

  • ability to obtain a clearance

    Desired Skills:

  • Knowledgeable of Engineering processes & metrics and how to manage with them; strong advocate for process improvement.

    Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; STEM degree preferred

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $55,500 to $114,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills 187834
