About The Role:

As a CBRE Senior Business Services Coordinator, you will lead the strategy for responding to new and existing clients for project requests relating to land surveys and zoning compliance reports. You'll conduct and delegate research and collaborate with internal departments across our Valuation Assessment & Consulting Services (ACS) department to deliver requested proposals for clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead training initiatives that support growth of Land Surveying department.

  • Review and suggest modifications to processes that increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Update clients routinely regarding project status and maintain high levels of customer service.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.

  • Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.

  • Create a wide variety of template, company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include maps, aerials, property descriptions, and data for surveys.

  • Perform technical duties such as working with in-house subscription software for needed research, maintain content management system, and operate phone systems.

  • May review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated understanding of land surveying principles (ex: Table A items, Lender requirements, etc.) preferred.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
