SUMMARY:

High Performance Analog (HPA) is a leading supplier of RF and power management solutions for infrastructure, defense and aerospace, automotive power, and other high-growth markets.

HPAs diverse portfolio of differentiated technologies and products supports multi-year market drivers such as electrification, renewable energy, the increasing semiconductor spend in defense and 5G deployments outside of China.

The DandA Business Unit, focusing on RF components for the defense and aerospace markets, is looking foran energetic Product Line Manager.

We are looking for a conscientious teammate to drive portfolio management, product promotion, pricing, day-to-day product line management, and strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive portfolio management for RF/Microwave product lines for the Defense and Aerospace BU, includingfilters, discrete transistors, power amplifiers, control products, biasing solutions, and solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs)

  • Develop tools and provide analysis to support management of the RF portfolio. Tasks include analysis of revenue growth and segmentation, gross margin, inventory management, etc.

  • Manage life-cycle of product portfolio from cradle to grave, including support of NPI products, change projects for production products, and product rationalization.

  • Establish pricing models and develop customer specific pricing strategies in coordination with Markets and Sales teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Support product line forecasting to meet customer/market requirements while being mindful of inventory risk.

  • Support marketing communications strategy. Identify opportunities for promotion improvement, including regular website presence review (datasheets, selector tables, applications diagrams, etc.) to ensure online presence excellence.

  • Support initiatives to maximize sales through the distribution channel.

  • Contribute to growth strategies for Qorvos products and services. Products may consist offilters, discrete transistors, power amplifiers, control products, biasing solutions, and solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs)

  • Contribute to product line strategy to grow revenues and profitability, including development of product line roadmaps, margin improvement, and contribution to the Annual Operating Plan.

  • Champion new products through the development process. Ensure close collaboration and coordination with design, manufacturing, quality, test, finance, marketing, and distribution so that we meet customer needs.

  • Promote products, roadmap, and capabilities to customers and train internal and external sales teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSEE degree in electrical or computer engineering and at least 5 years related work experience

  • Experience working directly with customers in RF markets.

  • Direct experience working with Defense and Aerospace customers is a plus.

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and business skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross- unctional teams.

  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Experience with outbound marketing and content generation strategies.
