Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Execute and oversee all print and reproduction tasks, including file review, printing, binding, assembly, sorting, laminating, and quality control checks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Provide responsive customer service by managing client inquiries and requests via email, phone, text, and in person; maintain logs for all activities and resolve potential issues promptly.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance, document procedures in the Site Procedure Guide, and oversee workflow balance to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Here's what you'll have:

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

• 1 to 2 years of related experience.
