Raytheon Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly motivated engineer to serve as the technical Lead for the Raytheon Technologies Key Management Service (KMS) environment. The employee guides the technical implementation, plans for growth and performance, and offers architecture design guidance for the service. Collaborates across the organization to resolve issues and satisfy customer requirements. The position is located in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities:

• •Lead technical implementation of the Thales CipherTrust Manager Product.

• •Develop, test, and maintain SafeNet/Thales KeySecure Product.

• •Maintain SafeNet/Thales Hardware Security Modules.

• •Ensure Service availability for Enterprise wide KMS consumer base.

• •Infrastructure upkeep such as patching, updates, and maintenance of all KMS systems.

• •Excellent technical writing/editing and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• •Touch labor required for servers in McKinney, TX and Richardson, TX.

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 5+ years related work experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and schooling in lieu of degree

• Knowledge of Key Management Service (KMS) environment

• Architectural design experience

• Large system maintenance knowledge

• Ability to travel between sites (McKinney and Richardson TX.

• US Citizenship

Preferred Qualification:

• •Experience with SafeNet/Thales Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

• •Experience with data encryption and key management implementations.

• •System Administrator experience, *nix preferred.

• •Experience with the design and architecture of IT Systems.

• •Experience with the SafeNet/Thales KeySecure Product.

• •Background in IT Security.

• •Background in software development testing.

• •Basic application debugging skills.
