We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Expense Report Processor to join our clients Financial Shared Services – Expense Reporting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing employee expense reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of expense management processes.

salary: $20 - $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and guidelines.

• Ensure expenses are coded correctly according to company defined expense types and account mapping.

• Communicate with employees to resolve any discrepancies or missing information in their expense reports.

• Process approved expense reports for payment, ensuring timely reimbursement.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to travel and expense management.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding expense report policies and reimbursement status in a professional and timely manner.
