KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Unified Cyber Defense Center to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.


  • Establish delivery and action plans aligned with UCDC expected deliveries; execute on identified key actions to support enablement of priorities and core service delivery; align and execute on key areas for service assessment and capacity plans to ensure optimization of service delivery; provide direction, assistance, and guidance to achieve desired results

  • Collaborate with key team members on the action and planning for key performance metrics; establish and manage areas of performance to drive improvement of KPMG risk posture

  • Manage key team members supporting delivery of UCDC service as well as management of development, setup of department wide goals, performance management and identify areas for skills uplift

  • Work with to identify, build and maintain plans for service continuous improvement plans in collaboration with global and regional teams

  • Support leadership in the management of the UCDC operating budgets and service enhancement / investment requests

  • Provide management level intelligence, operations and communication on time sensitive security tactics for executive management and action


  • Minimum ten years of experience working in a security environment on a global scale including IT Security, Operations, agile project management and leadership; minimum five years of experience executing leadership responsibilities, inclusive of strategy, budgeting and people leadership

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science(s), Information Technology/Security, Systems Engineering or similar area, or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and running 24 x 7 managed security services

  • Able to work with senior team members within member firms as well as regional senior team leads and working groups to enable change and improve security posture

  • Ability to perform operationalization of large-scale international projects and manage multiple processes and projects at once while building constructive working relationships across the different teams, functions, cultures, genders and demonstrating KPMG behaviors and values
