Adecco US, Inc. Associate Manufacturing Technician in Richardson, Texas

Adecco is currently seeking Associate Manufacturing Technicians in Richardson, TX.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong visual acuity and hand/eye coordination to assemble, manipulate, and test small, precision electronic and mechanical components.

  • Experience using an optical microscope for assembly of small components.

  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, pinout instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.

  • Familiarity with standard electronic assembly and testing equipment including soldering irons, multimeters, crimp tools, torque tools, etc.

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and safety programs.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Experience in a production-oriented environment, particularly following standard operating procedures and manufacturing schedules.

  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

  • Capable of lifting 35 pounds unassisted.

  • Able to work sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Onsite, Temp to perm

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

  • Pay Rate: $20 per hour (temp)

  • Attire: Steel toes, jeans, t-shirt

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
