Nestle Sales Effectiveness Specialist - Hardware & Projects in Rhodes, Australia

The Opportunity

In this role, you will not only provide first-level support and training for Field Sales users but also play a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

A day in the Life…

In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage and own end-to-end process for new starters/leavers, coordinating user account creation and device changes within Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions.

  • Oversee software and hardware upgrade/implementation projects to ensure operational requirements are met.

  • Utilise SFA solutions to deliver insights, focusing on increasing sales and reducing costs through operational excellence initiatives.

  • Support end users and sustain training program for SFA solutions, collaborating with offshore teams to optimize automation and manual tasks.

  • Support internal team members on technology projects, leveraging available systems like Office 365 and Power Platform to innovate workflows and unlock operational efficiencies.

What will make you successful:

  • The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with strong foundation and familiarity with the industry.

  • You will have an understanding of sales and business process management.

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications including Excel, Work and PowerPoint, allowing you to efficiently analyse data, create reports, and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Technological savvy and a process-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Prior exposure to cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Snowflake preferred
