This role acts as a liaison between home office and the field by supporting 1800 + stores with operational issues and resolution. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Store Support, HR, Asset Protection, Real Estate, Marketing, and Finance. Evaluates trends to understand global impact and offer partner resolution. Understanding pace, speed and attention to detail are an asset, while executing day-to-day support through a customer-focused lens.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple priorities and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to store teams.

• Provide excellent communication (verbal / written) skills and ability to drive thinking in a hybrid setting

• Manage regional inboxes 40 emails per day. Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving to support all store and store specific issues in a timely manner.

• Provide analysis to leadership to identify inbox trends for in the moment resolution or hindsight feedback

• Provide field communication support by drafting and approving messages in Zipline and managing uploads and upkeep of resources in the Library.

• Manages special projects and operational partnerships as needed

• Manage outlook distribution lists for District Sales Leaders and Regional Assistants

Qualifications

• Experience with influencing and collaborating with cross-functional groups, assessing store needs and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization

• Proficient writing and proofreading skills, technical skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multi-task large volumes of work, deliver under tight timelines, and demonstrate excellent time management; understands that speed is critical to success in a demanding environment

• Demonstrated track record in new concept development and process improvement

• Retail background, store selling, and operations experience preferred

• Ability to travel for store visits
