FANNIE MAE Product Managment Analyst - Single-Family Mortgage Ops (Flexible Hybrid) in Reston, Virginia
Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with the team to build, develop, or design functionality for a product, as well as participate in the implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

The Operations - Product Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Participate in activities to support oversight for existing and new products.
Assist the team with the implementation process for new products.
Identify opportunities for product improvements and provide feedback to senior team members.
Collaborate with the team on ongoing maintenance of the product lifecycle.
Assist the team in ensuring product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Desired Experiences
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Prior Single-Family mortgage industry experience
Experience supporting internal products
Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders
Skills
Ability to frame ideas as systems and understand the relationship between inputs, outputs, and transformation
Ability to analyze data to identify trends or relationships to provide business insights
Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel and SQL
Skilled in working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
Stakeholder management skills
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing products.
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
Tools
Skilled in SQL
Skilled in Excel
Experience using JIRA
