CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Systems DMSMS Project Manager who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment in support of the U.S. Navy. We are seeking an individual to join an innovative team developing a modern, mission critical system from the ground up.
What You’ll Get to Do
Primary responsibility is to collaborate with the engineering team to manage and develop a digital infrastructure that must be able to support systems currently in the field as well as interoperable with next generation systems. This infrastructure will provide the foundation required to enable the fielding of advanced capabilities relative to system modernization efforts and digital transformation activities.
More About the Role
Provides direction relative to mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core technical programs
Provides input and leadership to identify, evaluate, and document complex system requirements
Applies expertise relative to the architecture, design, integration, and verification and validation of systems and components
Provides technical leadership to assess product usability, affordability, functionality, security, and performance to evaluate suitability for implementation into operational environments
Collaborates with integrated product teams and working groups to develop systems roadmaps
Conducts gaps analyses between requirements and developmental products
Conduct requirements analysis, functional analysis, physical analysis, as well as verification and validation
Analyze end-users’ requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements.
Provide feedback on operational concepts, build architectural solutions, and perform trade studies
Prepare and participate in technical interchange meetings to provide insight on the system design to the Government sponsor, Consortium members, and relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with the PM on milestone planning, risk management, and mission execution management
Coordinate with Product Owners to ensure the teams understand their respective priorities and verify they are performing to capability
Identify high leverage opportunities based on the current projects
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
US Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical relevant field
Excellent written and verbal skills
3-5 years of experience using Oracle/SQL for application interactions with databases
3-5 years of experience with static (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Visual Studio) and dynamic (e.g., C#, SQL, ASP.NET) web development
3-5 years of experience developing web-based applications
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Master’s degree in an engineering or technical relevant field
Fully active TS/SCI clearance
5+ years of experience with systems integration
5+ years of experience collaborating with customers / end users to capture and document system requirements
5+ years of experience developing software solutions to achieve system autonomy
Working experience with Agile methodology (and Git/ADO)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
