Fujifilm Electrical Technician II in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
Overview
The Electrical Technician II performs general to intermediate electrical repair/troubleshooting/preventive maintenance/installation to plant equipment/systems, process measurement and control, utility, laboratory and facility.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general to intermediate electrical repairs to all plant equipment and systems not to exclude: relays, circuit breakers, electric power tools, replacing brushes, motors, solid state, AC/DC motor controls, lighting, program and set up Variable Frequency Drives.
Support Project Engineering with design/installation/validation of new plant systems not to exclude facility/process/utility/laboratory electrical systems
Knowledge and ability to interpret the current National Electric Code/National Fire Code.
Able to read blueprints power, lighting, controls.
Use equipment manuals and drawings to troubleshoot problems.
Locate spare parts as necessary. Specify upgrades/replacements for existing inventory.
Operate electrical test equipment; multi-meter, megger, amprobes etc…
Document all work on work orders.
Intermediate knowledge of plant systems; able to operate components and complete systems with limited assistance.
Support plant operations during off-shift hours as necessary.
Provide input and recommendation for the development of written instruction for electrical PM’s, SOP’s.
Cross train Electrical Technicians as required.
Support cGMP standards as required.
Adhere to all safety requirements and follow safe procedures, immediately notifying management or Safety when unsafe conditions or potential hazards are found; attend all required safety and health training, when necessary.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- HS and 5+ years industrial/mechanical experience or equivalent

This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended.
