Description Continuing Medical Education Coordinator - MEDICAL STAFF ADMIN - Providence St Peter Hospital-Olympia(HR) SCHEDULE: 1 FTE, Day Shift, 7:30 AM to 4 PM Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and coordinate existing and new educational and professional development programs for physicians and other medical staff providers with regard to issues related to clinical and non-clinical areas associated with the practice of medicine at Providence Centralia Hospital (PCH) and Providence St. Peter Hospital (PSPH). Programs will be consistent with the organization's mission, philosophies, values, goals and objectives and adhere to national standards to ensure a knowledgeable and well-trained medical staff. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration or related field. Experience in planning developing, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and tracking educational and professional development programs for physicians relating to clinical and non-clinical areas associated with the practice of medicine (includes special event coordination). One to two years of experience in project management or as an executive assistant or other administrative professional. Preferred Qualifications: CCMEP (Certified Continuing Medical Education Professional) 2 years' Experience in Continuing Medical Education accreditation and Special Events Coordination. 1 year Experience in Continuing Medical Education accreditation and Special Events Coordination.
