Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee our accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out customer invoices accurately and timely

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due accounts

• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies

• Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues

• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements

• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer billing concerns

• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports and records

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures as needed

• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
