MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed - data entry
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
- Must be comfortable working with the general public
- Active PILB card or the ability to obtain one is required
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
