SUMMARY:
The Grand Sierra Resort Hotel Operations Department is seeking a talented and qualified individual to serve as a Valet Runner.The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. Team Member is responsible for parking and picking cars within the Valet department. Team Member must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and fully own each guest issue. When in communication with the guest, the Team Member must be proactive in every area, including offering additional services. Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED certificate.
