MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in Hosting/Sales positions preferred.
- Previous experience in high volume outlets preferred.
- Good communications skills and professionalism are required when dealing with guests, co-workers and management.
- Ability to work with interruptions and to perform multiple tasks while remaining collected in high pressure situations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to accurately communicate.
- A high level understanding of interpersonal skills to productively deal with business contacts and team members at all levels of the company.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and engaging presentation skills. Has the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, clients, and general public.
- Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to define and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a calm, professional manner.

- Cabana Host personnel must have the analytical skills to keep cashier bank, money handling accounted for at all times.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Facilitate the sale of cabanas and other rental units to our guests at The Pool
- Actively sell rental units to interested guests
- Utilize computer programs to track rental inventory
- Graciously greet guests and escort them to their rental, ensuring complete satisfaction from start to finish
- Communicate with staff to ensure the guests are greeted, served and taken care of in a timely manner
- Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner.
