SUMMARY:
TheRoom Attendantis to clean and maintain the value of 14 rooms in Pep Tower, and 11 rooms in Tuscan Tower per 7-hour shift while maintaining established quality standards.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience preferred, however, not required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Clean and maintain Hotel rooms at established quality standards.
- Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
- Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to our guests needs.
- Report any maintenance problems observed immediately.
- Support the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
- Adhere to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.
