SUMMARY:

ThePerinatal Care Program Coordinatorwill be responsible for over site and implementation of all aspects of the Northern Nevada HOPES Perinatal Health Program.

THEPCPCwill engage with internal and external providers to establish and maintain an evidence-based, holistic, and supportive Perinatal Care Support (PCS) program. The PCS program aims to improve the health outcomes of vulnerable pregnant women who have experienced or are currently experiencing addiction. The PCPC will work alongside key team members and leadership representatives to develop, implement, engage, and assess the Perinatal Care Support Program at NNHOPES. This includes but is not limited to Care Coordination, Resource Management, Quality Assurance and Development of all program aspects, and People Leadership as assigned.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services or medical field, LSW, MSW, CHW, Licensure/certification preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years working with pediatric or obstetric population in a healthcare setting in a professional capacity required.
  • Experience working within the addiction field professionally required.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Data tracking and reporting required.
  • Professional experience developing programs/project management required.
  • Experience training large groups and navigating the educational curriculum required.
  • Valid BLS required prior to hire, per HRSA compliance.
  • Public speaking experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Spanish/English, written and verbal preferred but not required.
