SUMMARY:
TheHood and Duct Technicianis responsible for cleaning, maintaining and repairing hood and duct systems. Must be willing to get wet and dirty while maintaining existing hood and duct systems. Responsible for the maintenance schedule on all restaurant, kitchen hood and duct systems. Assists with installing new equipment.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- A fun attitude.
- Contagious smile.
- Desire to work with people.
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time. Ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds.
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
