Description:

Field Service Engineer – Clean Factory Automation Working on sight at the TSMC location in North Phoenix. NO TRAVEL required for these openings. Professionally interact with external and internal customers/departments. Generally, this position works under the direction of a Technical Service Engineer. • Perform routine installations and/or maintenance on assigned products. • Use supplied corporate processes to locate software revisions and appropriate documentation. • Verify software status. • Under supervision, perform log analysis of system errors to determine hardware or software issue. • Effectively troubleshoot issues for both hardware and software. • When necessary, serve as a company liaison between customer and company engineering for daily site operations. • Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork with supervision. Must have a clean driving record
