MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of Journeyman Electrician with 5 years experience in commercial work with troubleshooting background in motor controls, switch gear, etc. Familiarity with voltages to 480V.
Hotel experience is a plus.
ICC City of Reno Journeyman Electrician Certificate.
High School Diploma required.
Must be 21 years of age.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Maintain all building systems and equipment, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment, and appliances to ensure effective operation.
- Inform management staff of problems requiring maintenance and report any equipment deficiencies.
- Maintain and repair all building systems and equipment.
