Universal Health Services EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT in RENO, Nevada

Responsibilities

The Executive Administrative Assistant furthers excellence in patient care through work with all the governing committees of Willow Springs Center and ensuring the C-Suite has the appropriate support and accurate information to make strategic decisions which directly impact patient care.

Job Duties

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Provide professional level clerical support and assistance for the CEO, CFO/Controller and CMO

  • Manage facility contracts and the CLGA database

  • Credentialing coordination for facility

  • Record regulatory facility meetings and prepare minutes and meeting materials

  • Process invoices and payments for physicians’ services through corporate

  • Provide backup to the receptionist as needed

    Qualifications

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework in business or administration preferred.

    Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity. Prior admissions experience preferred. Previous credentialing experience required. CPCS strongly preferred.
