SUMMARY:

TheCraps /Multi Games Dealerwill primarily focus on performing Craps (Dice Games) while providing exceptional service to guests as they play. Under close supervision, perform games in accordance with company procedures, and state gaming regulations. Minimum three years (3) casino dealing experience required.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
  • Prior experience required (at least 6 months)
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Excellent inter-personnel communication skills
  • Solid math skills
  • Must have or be able to apply for a gaming card
  • Excellent customer service and great knowledge of the crap game.
  • Hand-eye coordination is essential, must be able to cut chips with both hands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Maintain Peppermill's high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Deal table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
  • Check and protect all cards, when placed on the game.
  • Protect the table bankroll at all times.
  • Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.
  • Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.
  • After making change or winning bet, immediately deposit all currency and foreign chips into table drop box.
  • Verify all fills/credits to the table.
  • Issue credit markers to patrons only on the direction of a Casino Executive.
  • Deal all table games with speed and accuracy according to policy.
  • Exhibit good communication skills with patrons and co-workers.
  • Report any unusual situations to Casino Executive.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
