MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one-year previous bartending experience is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Sincerely greets each guest.

``` - Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.

``` - Ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.

``` - Ability to use computer to enter stock items taken from warehouse.

``` - Ability to maintain par levels for all stock.

``` - Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests.

``` - Ability to follow directions regarding keeping bars and side work areas appropriately stocked and cleaned.

``` - Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.
