We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for our patients and their families!

Qualifications
What you will need:
Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.
Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree
Broad knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Able to function in position with minimal supervision
Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Customer service skills highly preferred
Ability to navigate multiple programs; including:
Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Microsoft Teams
Ring Central
Various additional technological programs as needed
Multi-tasking and organization skills highly preferred
Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
Insurance and medical coding knowlege a plus
Prior experience in healthcare highly preferred

Salary Range
USD $22.00 - $25.00 / Hour
